Received March 2.2, 9.0 p.m. The High Court has delivered judgment in tlie appeal against the InterState Commission’s finding in the New South Wales’s Wheat Acquisition Act. The Chief Justice was of the opinion that the Inter-State Commission was not a Court and this was enough to dispose of the appeal. He found the Act valid. The Commonwealth’s action has therefore failed. SYDNEY, March 22. Earle Hermann is seeking leave to appeal against his sentence. BAEYERTZ LIBEL CASE. SYDNEY, March 23. Air C. N.
