RELIEF FUNDS
MEETING IN DUNEDIN. (Per United Press Association.) DUNEDIN, March 22. •A meeting of women, convened by tho Altiyor, \yas held to-day to consider ways and means of affording relief to tho Belgians. It was stated that Otago and Southland were expected to find onc-ftfth of tho proposed public subscription of £5001) per month In New Zealand and It was decided to divide the city and suburbs into 138 blocks and make a personal canvass for funds. A largo number ot lady collectors will be enrolled for the purpose.
