WAR AND HOME RULE
SPEECH BY MR JOHN DILLON. (By Telegraph.—Press Assn,—Copyright) LONDON, March 7. Addressing the Nationalist volunteer* at Belfast, Mr John Dillon said that the' Nationalists were fighting on England’* side in a war of liberty and justice. The Irish Nationalists who returned from the front would add to the strength of the volunteers’ ranks, and make them an irresistible power behind the Irish party. They were willing to travel far on the road to conciliation if other parties came part of the way, but they, would never consent to divide Ireland.
