DECAYED TEETH
A STRONG CONDEMNATION. (Times and Sydney Sun Service). LONDON. June 15. Received June 16, 5.30 p.m. Dr Hawkes, speaking at a meeting of the Charity Organisation Society, urged the establishment of dental clinics for expectant mothers who had bad teeth, which often poisoned the blood of children. He declared that if he were a eugenlst he would not allow a man or woman to marry with a decayed tooth In his head.
