THE PROVISIONAL PRESIDENCY. FIVE NAMES SUBMITTED. * NEW YORK, June 15. The Mexican peace delegates have suggested five names for the provisional presidency. The United States is insisting on a Consttutionalist being selected. Considerable differences are developing along these lines, but the mediators arc confident the difficulties will be overcome. Huerta wishes that a neutral man be named as his successor.
