HOSTILITY TO HOME RULE,
BY PROTESTANT ULSTER.

Received Juno 16, 5.30 p.m. The Times military correspondent says that there is no Protestant man, woman, or child in Ulster who does not vow undying hostility to Homo Rule. They ask for nothing except to be lot alone, and mean to have their way or light. They are ready and determined to tight, and will fight well. Lord Blytli, in a letter after his return from a visit to 'lreland, said that they were within measurable distance of witnessing a terrible spectacle a nation under arms divided into opposing camps awaiting the signal for deadly conflict. THE BILL IN THE LORDS. LONDON. June 15. The Earl of Crewe, in the House of Lords, announced the second reading of the Home Rule Bill for June 30. The amending Bill will ho Introduced next week. Lord Lansdownc intimated that no convorsations-had. so far, taken place between Mr Bonar Law. himself, and the Oovemmont. Tie gave notice of motion censuring the Government for delaying the introduction of the amending Bill. Two cases of ammunition for Ulster from Glasgow were seized derry.
