Mr 11. W. Shallcrass, general secretary of the Mow Zealand Sports Protection League, is at present on a visit to the Otago and Southland branches of the League. A Ijondon cable states that the Right flev. George Nickson, Bishop of Yarrow, has succeeded the Right Rev. George Forrest Browne, Bishop of "Bristol, who has resigned.
