GERMAN BALLLOONIST SENTENCED. By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright. • BERLIN, May 1. A German balloonist named Berliner and two companions, who landed at Perm (Russia) on February 10.. have been sentenced to six months’ solitary confinement. They are said to have obtained 3>lans of torpedo construction and a description of some forts.
