General Villa has ordered six hundred Spaniards to be deported and has issued instructions that trains be provided-for that purpose. An exodus to K1 Paso, in Texas, will begin to-morrow. . Their property will he confiscated. General 'Zapata lias captured the Bis-, hop of Chalpa, holding,'him prisoner in the vicinity of Gucmo and demanding fifty thousand pesos as ransom, otherwise he will -crucify him on Good Friday. ■? As the outcome of the Carranza Commission, Major Ferrero has been sentenced to be executed for murdering Mr Benton, a British resident. Ferrero has been degraded in the army, and imprisoned. It appears that Villa merely Imprisoned Mr Benton but Ferrero waylaid him ep route to prison and shot him when aboard the train. f ' CARRANZA’S FOREIGN POLICY.. FRIENDLY ATTITUDE TO ALL. MEXICO CITY. April 7. . Carranza, in outlining his foreign policy, states that he will endeavour to preserve a friendly attitude to all nations particularly the United States. He must, however, refuse to consider representations made through the United States upon the behalf of foreigners unless he has been previously notified that sudli mediation had been requested from the United States by the nation interested.
