By Telegraph.—Press Assn.—Copyright.

LOXDOX, April 6 Received April G, ]O.. r is p.m.

Tbe National Rifle Association for the first time has allowed Sunday shooting at. Bisley. Major Richardson, the president of the- North London Club, explained that the rifles formerly were of low power, ranges were more plentiful, and tlie population smaller, so that Sunday shooting was needless, but the increase of population and the disappearance of ranges made it difficult for workers to get shooting practice during the week. Sunday shooting was advocated as improving shooting and of benefit tb National security.
