Received March 10. 0.40 p.m. In the House of Lords Lord Lansdowne, in moving the appointment of the Marconi Committee, said that Lord Loreburn had joined the condition of charges against Loid Murray. which were specificially formulated, and the inquiry limited to them. The methods of the Committee would be of a judical nature and both sides of the House desired his appointment.
