MASSON'S EXPEDITION. MONEY QUESTION CHEERFUL. MELBOURNE, March 5. Received March a, 9.30 p.m. Professor Masson said that ten thousand pounds would solve all the financial problems of the Masson expedition, but despite this the Commonwealth's grant of five thousand pounds had helped to smooth over all financial difficulties. He expects to realise large sums for the sale of moving pictures. The expedition will use Dr Mawspn’s boat. So far there was no occasion to be otherwise than cheerful on the question of money.
