DEFICIT OF £8,000,000. (By Telegraph—Press Association—Copyright.) PARTS, April 25. M. Almond, Reporter-General on the Budget, estimates the expenditure in 1918 at over £200,000,000 .sterling, making the deficit £8,000,000. The deficit in 1914 is estimated at £14,000,000.
