A COMPLAINT.
To the Editor. Sir, —Allow me through your columns to draw attention to the state of the public convenience situated In Esk street. On passing same, one cannot fail to notice the foul and disgusting stench arising from tills nuisance. Surely it is time our City Fathers took matters in hand with the object of constructing an underground convenience, such as are in use in northern towns. — 1 am, etc., “CLEANLINESS.”
