It was previously owned by Donald Macdonald, Esq., Edendale, and has changed hands only once. LOT 2-14-16 H.P. 4-oylinder DARRACQ, fitted with 5-seater body, hood, lamps, Bosch magneto, tools; everything in first-class condition. This car was originally owned by Geo. Deegan, Esq., and has not yet done 4000 miles. LOT 3 10 H.P. Twin-cylinder DE DION, fitted with 5-seater body (detachable rear s.eats), hood, wind-shield, lamps, tools, Bosch magneto. This Is a really good car, and runs beautifully. It will easily outlast two cheap new cars. This machine was purchased from R. J. Cumnilng. Esq. LOT i 20 H.P. K-R-I-T. This oar has been used for demonstration purposes by ourselves only. It is fitted with a very nice 5-seater body, hoed, screen, gas and oil lamps, iSosch magneto, tools —in fact this car Is In as good order for all practical purposes as a new machine. It is guaranteed 1912 model, and In perfect order. LOT 5—25 H.P. REGAL, fitted with a neat little 2-seater body, hood, screen, B lamps, full equipment of tools. Everything Is guaranteed as new on this car. This machine Is 1912 model, and as a hill climber or for speed It has no superior In Southland. We have used It for 10 months as a runabout. LOT 6-10-15 H.P. CLEMENT BAYARD, fitted with o-seater side entrance body, hood, wind screen, Bosch magneto. This is one of the best little cars In Southland to-day. A trial spin in this machine will convince anyone who is looking for a bargain. We can honestly recommend this car. LOT 7 —B-12 H.P. CLEMENT BAYARD, fitted with a 4-seater body, hood, wind-screen, gas and oil lamps, and a full equipment of tools, including * a spare rim. This machine was originally purchased by W. Perry, Esq., Browns, at £450. The latter having purchased a larger car, we have taken this over In part payment. LOT B—B8 —8 H.P. DE DION, fitted with a wide single-seater body, hood, Bosch magneto, full set of tools and spares. The tyres are in good condition, and, like all De Dion cars, the engine Is equal to the first day It went on the road. It Is fitted with the De Dion patent 8-speed expanding clutch gear box, and Is in really good order. This Is the car for the person that is looking for cheap motoring. LOT 9 —20 H.P. FORD, model T 5-seater, 1912. This Is the standard cai\ and has done only four months’ work, the late owner having purchased from us a larger car. LOT 10 —25 H.P. ASTER ENGINE, fitted with aDo Dion chassis. This Is “Samson.” the 10-passenger car that generally passes everything on the way to the races. We are giving up the hire work, and consequently are disposing of the whole of our plant. This machine would make a small fortune in a careful driver's hands. Passengers always look for “ Samson" after their first ride. LOT 11—24 H.P. DE DION. This car can be fitted with cither a B-seater touring body, hood, screen, lamps complete, or as a 12-passenger vehicle, convertible into a first-class delivery van. As a double purpose machine it Is a very handy tool. LOT 12—10-12 H.P. Twin-cylinder DARRACQ, fitted with a 5-seater sideentrance body, hood, wind-screen, gas and oil lamps, tools; everything in very nice trim. This car is practically new, and was recently the property of Donald Macdonald, Esq.,' Edendale, who has purchased a larger car.
