APPROPRIATING INTESTATE ESTATES. (By Telegraph.—Press Aaaociatiou.— Copyright), BERLIN. March 27. The Germania states that the new Army and Taxation Bills include a milliard war levy and make the Empire heir to the estates of intestates dying without kin. The latter is calculated to produce thirty-seven million marks annually.
