A SHIPPING COMBINE EXCLUSION OF GOODS. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright). CAPETOWN. January 10 The Chamber ofCommerce has protested against the new agreement between shipowners and merchants, which Is In the nature of a combine, and which threatens the exclusion of goods of shippers who will not sign It. The Chamber has suggested that the Government should notify' the Union Castle line that entry Into the combine would be a breach of their contract with the Government.
