THE INSURANCE ACT. (By Telegraph.—Press Association. —Copyright). LONDON. December 27. Forty-nine doctors at Leeds and a majority at Doncaster have joined the insurance panel. The majority in Edinburgh and Leith refused, hut panels are being formed in most of t,he other centres in Scotland. The commissioners in the Isle of Wight are organising a whole-time service, engaging fifteen doctors at £3OO annually.
