Thus the Prime Minister of Russia was mtt--dered by an agent of the Russian Secret Police. The assassin Bogroff was used by the police to secure information of Terrorist plans. The Terrorists discovered his duplicity and threatened him with instant death unless he undertook (lie murder of tin; Premier. Up to the moment of the shots Bogroff retained the complete confidence of the agents especially appointed and extravagantly paid to guard the lives of the Czar ami his Ministers.
