THE REFORM PARTY
CAUCUS IN WELLINGTON. (Per United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, June 4. Members of the Opposition havo assembled in Wellington from all parts of Now Zealand. Twenty-five or thirty of the party are here for the caucus which was opened in Parliament Buildings. It is practically a full meeting of the party, because the members not present have been satisfactorily accounted for. Mr Massey remarked during the luncheon adjournment that the caucus had work to keei) it busy for more than one day. Ho might be in Wellington for several days, perhaps a week. He was silent regarding the business of the conclave; hut lie said that his party was as solid as a stone wall. It is gathered unofficially that the party is discussing first the terms of the no-contidenco motion which will be proposed to the Address-in-Roply when Parliament meets, and secondly the policy which the Opposition, if it is successful in reaching the Treasury benches, will put forward.
