ACCIDENTS AND DEATHS

(Per Vnited Press Association). AUCKLAND, April 5. A fatal accident occurred last evening at Epsom, resulting In the death of William Jones, carter, of Ponsonby, Jones was driving a cart when a tram car collided with it from the rear, throwing Jones out. He was picked up unconscious, having sustained several severe fractures of the skull. Ho died in the hospital to-day. Deceased was a married man, aged 44 years.
