PULLERS' PICTURES. There was again a large attendance at tlie Zealandia Hall last night when the programme which had been introduced on Monday night was shown for the last time. To-night the usual mid-weekly change will take place, and, Judging by reports, there should be no letting-down of the high standard to which patrons have become accustomed. "The" Freshet is spoken of as being an attractive story of love deferred, and of patience and constancy being rewarded by a happy ro-union. "The Chains of an Oath lias been mentioned a& a star film, the plot of the piece being laid in Russia, and It is said that in its far-reaching effects of the injustice of an oath are strikingly laid bare. “A Tale of the Wilderness” is another picture which has been highly commended, and generally the series seems to be one that is likely to please. HAYWARD'S PICTURES. The final screening of the first change for the week drew a large house to the Lvccum last evening. To-night the usual change will be effected, when the chief /attraction will be a West-Hayward exclusive feature, "The Sins of the Fathers.” The picture is a very lengthy one. said to be splendidly enacted by eminent Parisian artists. Including M. Dukucsne, who occupied the position of leading actor to Madame Sarali Bernhardt during her Antipodes tour. The picture is also mentioned for its excellent photography. "The Maiden'of the Pie-faced Indians” is also reputably above the average, while other subjects, scenic, dramatic and comic, comprise, we are told, a good all round collection. Hayward’s half guinea will again be awarded.
