FEMALE DEGENERATES
(Per United Press ’Association.) TIMARU, September 19. The Hospital Board to-day decided to ask the Inspector-General to introduce legislation to enable the Government or boards to provide for the segregation of female degenerates whose Illegitimate children become a burden on the board's funds.
