Fifty members of the Eighty Club ara touring Ireland in connection with the Liberal Home Rule proposals. Mr J. E. Redmond, at a reception In Dublin, said that the visitors would find Ireland no longer a distressful and spondent country. They would find It beginning to prosper everywhere, and peaceful and loyal.
