WELCOMING EELEGATES. [By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. ] SYDNEY, September 17. Received September 17, 5.5 p.m. Lord and Lady Denman have arrived on thoir first visit to Sydney, and received an enthusiastic welcome. Lord Denman will open the medical congress on Monday. The Lord Mayor officially welcomed the delegates, numbering nearly six hundred, including two hundred from other Stales and New Zealand.
