MR JOHN HOLMES BUSY. [By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright. ] LONDON, Sept. 14. Mr Holmes, New Zealand Trade Commissioner, visited Ireland and arranged for shipments of New Zealand butter during the Irish winter. He states that Die trade hitherto has been hampered by Danish competition. He is now in England interviewing importers of meat, kauri, tallow, wool, and grain. Sir W. Hall-Jones states that Mr John Holmes, who is busying himself with New Zealand produce markets, is not officially connected with the New Zealand trade.
