The King and Queen have embarked for Carnarvon where the Prince of Wales will be invested to-morrow. A GIFT TO THE POOH. ARRIVAL TN WALES. LONDON, July IS. Received JuU- 13, 11.0 p.m. The King has given £IOOO to the poor of Dublin. In a farewell message he thanked the peoplt for their spontaneous and hearty loyalty. Their welcome had made a permanent impression on him and the Queen. As the King’s boat left great crowds on the wharf sang “Come Back to Erin.’’ Their Majesties arrived at Holyhead in the evening. Carnarvon is crowded and many, unable to secure lodgings, spent the night in City halls, singing old Welsh hymns. DUBLIN’S TOED MAYOR. UONDON, July IS. Received Ju'” 14, 12.5 a.rn.
