Cambon, French Ambassador, conferred with von Kiderlenwaechter, and afterwards semi-offlcially announced that there was n.o cause for disquietude ; rather was it the case that both sides had a sincere desire to come to an understanding regarding their differences. PARIS, July 10. A similar conference between M. Deselves and Baron von Schoen, German Ambassador at Paris, took place here. GERMANY'S REPLY TO RUSSIA. LONDON, July 10. The “Times” St. Petersburg correspondent states that Germany, replying to Russian queries, contends that Sus is outside the French sphere, as defined by the Algeciras agreement, and that Germany alone is entitled to safeguard German interests. The warship Panther would leave when the trouble disappeared. GERMAN CRUISER AT AGADIR. TANGIER, July 11. Received July 10, 11.25 p.m. The cruiser Berlin’s officers landed at Agadir and were well received by the natives. The Chief of the Sus Tribe visited the warship.
