TENDERS are invited up to 4 p.m. on THURSDAY, 23rd MARCH. 1911, for the purchase of one hundred and twenty (120) Debentures, being a portion of the Forty-four thousand five hundred pound loan as above. The debentures will bear interest at the rate of £4 5s per £IOO per annum, payable half-yearly on the Ist day of April and October in each year. The Loan will have a currency of 25 years, expiring on the Ist day of April, 1936. Principal and interest payable at the Bank of New Zealand. Invercargill.
