TENDERS are Invited up to 4 p.m. on THURSDAY, 23rd MARCH, 1911, for the purchase of one hundred and twenty (120) Debentures, being a portion of the Forty-four thousand five hundred pound loan as above. The debentures will bear interest at the rate of £4 5s per £IOO per annum, payable half-yearly on the Ist day of April and October in each year. The Loan will have a currency of 25 years, expiring on the l,st day of April, 1936. Principal and interest payable at the Bank of New Zealand, Invercargill. No tender below par or for less than £IOO will be considered. Tenderers of the highest premiums will have preference and to tenderers of equal rates debentures will be allotted proportionately to the number applied for.
