The annual report of the New South Wales Rugby Union shows a loss on lust season of £1362, chiefly due to the cost of the American University team’s visit The Union, however, has a creditof £1586. The report states that New Zealand is still entitled to hold the laurel. Although represented by a comparatively weak team, the Dominion finished with an excellent record. THE AFRICAN CRICKETERS. ADELAIDE, March 15. Mr Fitzgerald, manager of the South African team, states that the visitors will be able to pay their expenses out of the tour. They had expected that the receipts would have been a little larger, but they are not dissatisfied with the result.
