WYNDHAM NOTES.

(From Our Own Correspondent.) The Wyndham School will re-open next Monday, 30th January. The annual picnic under the auspices of the Wyndham Presbyterian Sunday School, held on Wednesday, was a great success. Formerly, this picnic has been held at Mr P. Campbell’s. "Crescent.” Owing to the uncertainty of the weather in the morning the picnic was held on the racecourse. Races were run during the day. At the conclusion of the picnic voles of thanks were passed to the Racing Club for the use of the racecourse buildings, etc., to Mrs Richardson and Messrs Rankin and Ferguson for running drags free of charge, and to all who had assisted to make the function a success. _______________
