BLACKS IN CANADA.
A GRIEVANCE. (By Telegraph.—Press Association.—Copyright.) OTTAWA. Jan. 25. Received Jan. 26, 12.5 a.m. There has been a large influx of negroes to Alberta, and Edmonton. The Board of Trade is approaching the Department of the Interior complaining that white settlers are deterred from settling owing to their objection to the presence of negroes.
