CORDIAL RELATIONS SPEECH BY TURKISH MINISTER, (By Telegraph.—Press Association. Copyright.) CONSTANTINOPLE, Jan. 23. Received Jan. 24, 12.5 a.m. In the Chamber m Foreign Minister, referring to the Potsdam pourparlers, said he was convinced that the interests of Turkey in the Persian Gulf would not suffer. He denied that there had been pourparlers between Germany and Britain upon the Bagdad railway. Turkey was assured that such pourparlers would take place only with Turkey. The greatest cordiality existed in AngloTurkish relations. The Chamber approved of the statement.
