R OTS RENEWED - A SE mors SITUATION. (By Telegraph—Press Association -Copyright). NEW YORK, Nov. 22. Received Nov. 22. 10.30 p.m. Mexicans are enlisting hostile Yaque Indians and instigating an insurrection against the Government. United States troops will be despatched to the border of Texas in the event of invasion. All American women have been ordered to keep off the streets of Chihuahua, Mexico, so as to save themselves from insults. Americans in Mexico are leaving for home, and the situation is strained. Gomez Palacio, with seven thousand inhabitants has been overpowered by Mexicans, and the town lias been cut off from telegraph communication. It is reported that riots have been resumed at Pueblo, and that thirty people are dead. A wdre—which had been leased by the Associated Press from Montery to Mexico lias been commandeered by the Mexican Government, on the plea of military urgency. Riots are reported at Zacatecas, and also at Torreon. MEXICO, Nov. 23, Swarming pillagers at Pueblo were driven back by 'mounted police. The insurrection planned for Sunday in the capital failed to materialise. No unusual Incident occurred, and no further trouble is anticipated. Riots continue on the Mexican border. The regulars mowed down the rebels in Zacatecas.
