The Portland is a total wreck. OTTAWA, Nov. 20. Received Nov. 23, a.ra. The Wolverine’s crew'are safe. Half of them have arrived at Selkirk, Manitoba, and a reilef party has been organised to succour the remainder. The vessel is aground, and the balance of the crew will be taken off at the earliest possible moment.
