DUNEDIN, March 25

A fire-roomed house at Maori Hill was destroyed by fire this morning. The otvner, David Bust, was away from home at the time and his brother, who was sleeping in the house alone, awoke at 4.30 to find the place in flames. The outbreak Is supposed to have been due to a defective chimney. The insurances are not ascertainable at present.
