SUCCESSFUL MEAT CO. WOODVILLE. April 29. A well-attended meeting of debentureholders of the Banks Meat Company was held here this afternoon. The financial statement for the past six months trading showed a very satisfactory state of affairs. Those present expressed their approval of the same by passing hearty votes of thanks to the receiver and the manager (Mr W. Nicholson), and to file chairman and members of the management committee. Various matters of importance were brought up and considered, and the management committee was empowered to deal with them as occasion required. GRAND JUNCTION MINE. AUCKLAND, April 29.
