Mr Long, In a speech on the measure, argued that the time limit was absolutely Incomputable with a concurrent levy for insurance. He reminded the House that socialists were already talking expropriation of other kinds of property after the time limit of 14 years. Several Liberals spoke against the bill. Mr Asquith declares that he will bring down his budget on Thursday next.
