CONSTRUCTION GRANTS AUTHOBISED. (Per United Press Association.) Wellington, April 28. The Cabinet has authoried the following grants for railway construction : Orepuki-Waiau-, £GSO ; Gore-YVaikaka, £1200; Rlversdale-Switzers, £350; Cat-Hns-Walmahaka, £2GOO.
