The Budget Committee of the Diet has accepted the Government’s modified bill for the Germanisation of Posen.
The Bavarian section of the Navy League has seceded in sympathy with Prince Rupert.
A meeting under the auspices of the Berlin Colonial Society supports Kern and Graf Roventlow, members of the Reichstag who advocate a Larger naval programme than the Government’s.
