A Threat to Burn
WELLINGTON GO VERNMENT BUILDINGS. Per United Press Assoclatien. WELLINGTON, Dec. 13. The corridors of the Government buildings were lit up all night and artillerymen were an guard. Two bell tents are being erected in the grounds. A detachment of 15 men will mount guard till further orders. It is rumoured these precautions arc being taken in consequence of an anonymous letter threatening to burn the buildings down. One idea suggested is that the criminal finger print records kept there may be the cause. About 14 years ago a similar incident happened .about which much reticence wfis preserved.
