SUCCESSFUL BALLOT. Fer United Press Association. DUNEDIN. April 11. Over 500 people attended the ballot at Naseby in connection with the subdivision of the Blackstone Lauder Home Hills runs, which took place in the Towu Hall at Naseby. Keen excitement prevailed and the accommodation of tho hall was taxed to its utmost. The most prominent feature of the ballot is the success of the local applicants, Only two outsiders secured rims, although the majaritj of the applications came from outfddo the immediate districts. -The ballot wont off without a hitch, only one applicant, in consequence of not boin© present and his aglent not corili upr forward, being challenged.
