Wool Sales
Dalgety and Co., Ltd., report having held their third wool sale on. Tuesday, 12th Inst., when there was a very fair attendance of Home and foreign buyers, although not so many as at the two previous sales. Owing to the early metrt- clips had been already offered, so that the wool forward consisted principally of passed lots and stragglers. Prices for fleece were on the whole about on a par with those ruling at last sale, but the bidding was decidedly brisker. Bellies and pieces were in good demand and in mdst cases realised from Jd to Jd advance.
