NEGLECTED OPPORTUNITIES, Per United Press Association. WELLINGTON, April 24, Speaking at Masterton the Premier • expressed the opinion that means should be taken ere it was too late to acquire from old inhabitants of the'colony records and experiences they had in their possession for the purpose of writing in an interesting form the history of the various districts. His idea was to send some one, paid by the State, to the homes of old colonists to take down records of their experiences and embody them |in a history of the colony.
