Rugby Union lias received a further coinnnmicalion from the EngTish Union on Hie question of whether a player injured during a frame can be replaced while the game is in progress. The English body slate (hat there is nothing in H' 1 ’ a w.s of tlte game lo prevent such a course, and leaves the matter to the iseretion of the N. Union.
