Macdonald. in the chair- The following report won submilted and adopted:— The committee are idoased to he aide to report that the club had a moat successful season for the tirst year of its existence. At its inception the membership stood at about twiilty members, but by the close of the season Urn number had. reached thirty-eight members. The club held 15 weekly runs during the season, averaging 22 members; also live races. The Committee take this opportunity of thanking the Tress for their liberality m giving space to reports. '1 ho annual football match between the two local clubs was won by our club by the comfortable margin of six points to nil. The distribution of prizes took place in' the V.M.B.C.U. rooms, Mr T. M. Macdonald presenting the trophies won by the members during the year. The committee recommend, the proposal of forming a Southland Centre of the Nd/vA.A.A to the incoming committee.
