Received 25th, 4.45 p.m. Britain lias again refused Mo accept the Porto’s view of the situation at Tabah. The Turks received reinforcements and now have 4500 troops and eight guns at Akaba. Herman engineers are planning a railway in the vicinity of Akaba. CONSTANTINOPLE, March 28. The Porte bases his claim to Tabah on the contents of the Cl rand Viziers telegram on. the occasion of the Khedive’s accession in 1802. Diplomatists expect that the British will make <i naval demonstration probable at Smyrna.
