A prominent feature rf the entertainment to be given to-night in the Zealiindia Hall by Montgomery's Entertainers will be an entirely new scries of illustrated songs—patriotic, pathetic, and sentimental. Included in the first are two quite new in Die colony. They are •‘A .Soldier of Japan.” the illustrations of which are mainly thrilling lint tie scenes, and "List We Forget,’ which will appeal strongly io all sons of Dio Empire ; some of her greatest heroes being referred to. “ The Mxn with the I .adder and Hose,’’ and "i he Man in the Overalls are sure to prove popular, the illustrations being taken from life studies, the former being illustrative of tire fighters. Included in the series will lie se era! sentimental ba'buls. including » Down Die Vale of Shenandoah,” "I'm Trying so Hard to I'ergel Von,'' and ”If my 'visit could Out come true.” The picture slides are all hnnd-pj;inled by English and American artists of repute and are sail to bo most urtislicaVy coloured.
