Wools Sampson sixty officers of the Irregular forces are calling a meeting of Irregulars who participated in (ho war for the purpose of protesting against any tampering with the vital principles of the Constitution. LIBERAL JERRYMANDERING. LONDON, Jan. 30. The Times’ Johannesburg <-orre.s----pondont says that .by jerrymandering with the Transvaal Constitution (ho Bannerman Government would please the Boer leaders and decide clearly' in favour of the Krugerian regime. On the other hand, accepting the Constitution as it (imlsjt, it won Id at least allow the colony, without prejudice, to work out its own salvation.
